Our Requirements

Before commencing work on any job site, all subcontractors must meet the following criteria:

Proof of Insurance: Provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) with coverage for general liability and workers' compensation.

W-9 Form: Submit a completed and signed IRS W-9 form for tax purposes.

Licenses and Certifications: Ensure that all necessary licenses and certifications are up to date for the trade or service you provide.

Adherence to Safety Standards: Agree to comply with all applicable OSHA safety regulations and job site protocols.

Signed Agreement: Review and sign our subcontractor agreement, which outlines expectations for professionalism, timeliness, and workmanship.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification from working with SWC Contracting.
